PhillyWisperWiFi is a managed WiFi service powered by PhillyWisper internet. This means that you will receive a unique dedicated WiFi password. Your password gives you a private network available throughout the entire building. Your network is separate from other all tenant networks. Will Phillywisper sell or share my data?

What do I do if I'm experiencing issues?
Please see the information provided on the Support page
How do I cancel my service?
Use the Customer Portal or email support@phillywisperwifi.net. You can cancel anytime. There is no annual contract and therefore no penalty associated with canceling your service.
My iPhone/iPad says there is "Weak Security". Is this a problem?
Apple's warning is because we are using WPA2-AES and not WPA3. WPA2-AES is secure but it is not the latest standard so Apple is highlighting this fact (and causing unnecessary concern).
Can I hard wire my TV or gaming console?
Yes! The wall-mounted WiFi AP in your apartment has 3 Ethernet ports on the bottom. Feel free to plug in your devices. You will need to provide your own network cable(s) though.
I'm having problems, should I press the Reset button on my WiFi AP?
NO! Resetting your AP will cause it to loose it's configuration and it will stop working.
